What makes Whispering Rose Ranch Special?

Our spacious private property allows for so much creative design in how each space is used. Many areas for your steller wedding photos with jaw dropping views of Santa Ynez Valley are available on property. We offer a whimsical outdoor space surrounded by sycamore trees and a stunning landscape. Our indoor barn ties in rustic and modern elements for a grand reception. Come visit, and experience it!

What packages do you offer?

We exclusively offer a gorgeous event space that includes both an outdoor and newly renovated indoor area with access to restrooms.  All other services such as catering, rentals, entertainment, security, shuttles, florists, photographers, etc. will need to be hired by you and your wedding planner.

Do you only allow certain vendors?

No! We have a list of preferred vendors available. We do require a wedding planner once booked. We will gladly refer you to a planner and offer a complimentary consultation with them. With that said, we allow all vendors who are professionals and insured.

Is there on property parking for guests?

No, we ask that only vendors park on the property. A transportation service shuttle will need to be hired. We have recommendations for these services available for you!

What is your guest limit?

We can accommodate up to 250 guests.

When can I access the venue on the event day?

Event set up can begin at 9 am on the day of your wedding. Vendors can also begin the setup process the day prior with approval. We ask that all celebrations with guests present do not exceed the 7-hour event limit. 

What is the designated event end time?

All event activities must end by 10:00pm. Guests shall be shuttled by 10:30pm.
